Clearwater, FL – Suncoast Solutions, a member of Empath Health, is pleased to announce Meriellen Cain as its new CEO. Cain is responsible for developing and executing strategy, implementing plans and overseeing all day-to-day management decisions for Suncoast Solutions, a leading software development company exclusively serving hospice, palliative and home health care providers nationally.
Cain has nearly 20 years of experience as a senior-level technology leader for Fortune 500 financial service companies. She has successfully led multiple global teams in custom development of state-of-the-art software applications and exceptional client service for thousands of users. Through strategic planning, implementing best business processes and maintaining regulatory compliance, she has made a significant impact generating operating efficiencies and revenue growth.
Cain previously held executive positions at Raymond James Financial and Goldman Sachs & Co. as well as associate partner positions with IBM Global Business Services and Pricewaterhouse Coopers. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in business administration from Wilfrid Laurier University in Canada.
